Facelift!

Wow!  I am in love with the new look of our blog and this years family pictures.  Thanks to Nicole Mathison Photography....she did an amazing job and we had a lot of fun on the photo shoot.

Ava’s New Addiction…

Yes, Follow That Bird the movie from 1985…some nights she watches it 2-3 times.  Why she loves it…I am not sure, but she sure does.  We try to pick different movies from our streaming Netflix for her but she just won’t let us.  “Birrrd, birrrd!” is what she tells us.  She even knows to go in and get the PS3 controller to get it on.  There is no fooling that girl.

Wow….it is quiet, for that moment that is!

Well, things are quieting down at our house….for awhile that is.  We are in-between sports season’s and just don’t have much going on. 

But, that will change soon, really soon actually, because Allicia will be starting Girl Scouts tomorrow and volleyball next week.  That will make her one busy little 9 year old.  She will have bowling on Saturday’s, dance and volleyball on Mondays, Girl Scouts every other Tuesday, and bible school on Wednesdays.  Thankfully volleyball lasts only a couple weeks….so I think we can handle that.  I am very anxious to see how she likes volleyball….we learned baseball wasn’t her thing this summer, so we will see if what she thinks of volleyball.  I sure hope she likes it because it is one of my favorite sports…I guess we will see, huh?
