Making Grandma's Donuts

For months I have been craving my Grandma Helen's homemade donuts. So I planned a day for some of our family to get together at my Uncle Pat's house in Austin for a donut making party. When I planned the party we didn't actually have my Grandma's donut recipe, but we found one on the Internet we thought might be close to hers. Thankfully after a little searching my Aunt Louise was able to track down Grandma's recipe from some family in WI. We had a fun day and really enjoyed eating Grandma's infamous donuts.
